Lorne Persiko

Lorne Persiko is a seasoned professional in the real estate and development business with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves as a mortgage agent at Adamas Financial, providing clients with expert advice and optimal financing arrangements. Lorne’s career began after completing his International Relations program at the University of Toronto in 1985. He pursued an MBA at York University, which he completed in 1989. His interest in real estate was sparked by his involvement in developing and leasing retail space for a student center at York University. After 26 years at the Toronto Parking Authority, where he served as VP of Real Estate and Development and then as President, Lorne co-founded Westhaven Capital Inc. in 2018, offering innovative mortgage investment opportunities. Lorne has been recognized for his contributions to the parking industry and his fundraising efforts through the Madness Sports Tournaments. He has also set up a scholarship fund in memory of his parents, awarding over 60 Persiko Legacy scholarships to Canadian students at the Hebrew University. Lorne’s career and accolades reflect his passion for real estate and his commitment to providing valuable opportunities and guidance to his clients and the community.
